Memleket Meselesi na Kukaj.to. Adil Hoca, a retired elementary school teacher, has been assigned to his hometown. While waiting for his retirement, he receives a hard slap from a young police officer in the town, and his pride is severely hurt. Determined to ensure that justice is served by having the young police officer punished, Adil Hoca does not let the slap go. He embarks on a difficult struggle, eventually achieves his goal, and turns the police slap—which everyone had told him to "forget about"—into a "national issue" by making it known throughout the country.
